Typically, we impress upon others what we want in order to be accepted. Sometimes it is to push others away in order to not get hurt. Maybe it is a mask to look in control when we don’t feel in control. When we wear a mask, we hope that we will be treated the way we imagine we should or want to be treated.
We are bombarded by impurities why we are out and about. But in our homes, we can keep them out with these simple tools.
Rest is important for everyone. We know this yet we tend to push push push until we have no choice to take a break. So this month is our month of rest. What about you/
A month of fear. Recognizing it. Conquering it. Refusing to let it control us. Do we fear? Yes. Do we all experience some kind of fear? Yes.
In today’s world it is so easy to “show” your spouse that you love them. Hallmark has made a business of it. Jewelry commercials have, “I love you,” all over them. It is even easier to tell your spouse you love them. So easy, in fact, that many people have told their boss, friend or a complete stranger that they love them upon ending a phone call only to pause and turn red-faced in realization.
By itself, it is a very powerful tool, but just consider what it can do when used together with other tools: it becomes a multiplier, a strengthener, and it solidifies those other tools so they are more effective.
